Terms of delivery

Online Store

All the information a registered user receives on our Online Store, which is not given without registration, is considered as trade secret. Also prices are considered as trade secret information, which is not allowed to forward to any third party.

TERMS OF DELIVERY

We deliver orders in every part of Finland and these delivery terms are valid only in Finland. If you want the order to be delivered outside of Finland, please contact our sales for the delivery terms. All orders of warehouse products which are placed before 1 pm will be shipped the same day, if possible. Not valid for uniquely assembled computers.

Fees

No dispatching fee for orders over 200 €. Only freight cost will be added. The mentioned prices do not include VAT.

Small unit fee / Invoicing fee

A small unit fee is added to the orders below 200 €. Invoicing fee 5 € will be added to orders under 50 €. The mentioned prices do not include VAT.

Back orders

Normal freight is charged in back orders.

Delivery insurance

All deliveries are insured in Finland (terms of delivery TOP or CIP) by Eagle Data. The cost of delivery insurance, 0,15 % of the order value, is automatically added on the invoice.

Shipping and delivery

We provide delivery service in Finland via Post or Matkahuolto coach service. Buyer’s delivery service contract can also be used, please let us know about the contract when placing an order.

Note 1: Matkahuolto deliveries will be mainly shipped the following morning of the order. In urgent cases the goods can be shipped at the same day to Matkahuolto for 10 € additional delivery cost (as the order will be delivered separately to Matkahuolto).  

Note 2: All projection screens will be dispatched by Post freight service in Finland. The cost for delivery depends on the volume weight and distance in kilometers.
